We want you to learn and benefit from what we have to offer. If you’re not, we want to understand why so it can be addressed…and you can get back to doing your best work.

Individual Training Purchases

Requests will be honored within 1 hour of purchase. There is a $30 cancellation fee to cover processing expenses.

We offer an exchange for a different video within 24 hours of purchase. If you’d like to select another video of equal value, please send an email with your selection. We will happily change out your video (only one exchange may be made).
